Terms of Service
Last updated 26 October 2026
Echoly is operated by 2C Studio ("we"). By creating a workspace you agree to these terms.
The service
Echoly lets you schedule and publish posts to social platforms through their official APIs, using accounts you connect and authorize. Features and supported platforms may change. Echoly is currently in beta.
Your content and accounts
- You are responsible for everything published through your workspace, including posts approved automatically under settings you chose.
- You must have the right to post to every account you connect and follow each platform's rules. We may pause or remove workspaces that spam, mislead or break platform rules.
- You keep all rights to your content. You let us store and transmit it only to provide the service.
Automatic approval
Guards such as fact checks, caps and undo windows reduce mistakes but cannot catch every error. If you turn on automatic approval, you accept that posts may go out without a person reviewing them.
Plans and payment
- Paid plans are billed in advance by card (renewing automatically until cancelled) or prepaid in USDC (not renewed automatically).
- Plan limits, including the number of X posts, apply per calendar month. When a paid period ends without renewal, the workspace returns to the Free plan.
- Payments are not refundable except where the law requires.
Availability
Platforms can change or restrict their APIs at any time, which may affect posting. We provide the service "as is", without warranties, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect losses or for posts that fail, are delayed or are rejected by a platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.
Ending
You can delete your workspace at any time under Settings. We may end the service with reasonable notice.
